Group Discounts
Group leaders travel for free!
If you have 10 or more people traveling then you can earn free travel. You must all travel together on the same tour or river cruise to qualify for the discounts. Gather up your friends, family and neighbors, and soon you will all be on your way to the trip of a lifetime with Grand European Tours. Details are listed below.
What you can save:
- Group of 10 = 9 paid passengers + 1 passenger will get the Land only for free
- Group of 16 = 15 paid passengers + 1 passenger will get Land & Air free (air taxes extra)
- Group of 20 = 18 paid passengers + 2 passengers will get the Land only for free
- Group of 26 = 24 paid passengers + 1 passenger will get free Land & Air (air taxes extra) + 1 passenger will get the Land only for free
- Group of 32 = 30 paid passengers + 2 passengers will get free Land & Air (air taxes extra)
*The free spot is based on double occupancy, sharing a twin bedded room with a full paying group member. If you prefer a single room, it will be your responsibility to pay the single supplement.
No other company has a better group program. Book early as space is sometimes limited for larger groups traveling together.

If you wish to have exclusive use of a motorcoach for your group, this request must be made in writing at the time of your application for group space. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required for exclusive motorcoach use and there is a minimum of 35 passengers (maximum 40) required. This deposit will form part of the payment for the group representative. A $100 per person deposit is required for the minimum 35 passengers within seven days of blocking the space.
- If 90 days after the receipt of your non-refundable deposit, but at least 120 days prior to the departure date, GRAND EUROPEAN TOURS has not received names and full deposits ($350 per person) for at least 35 passengers, we reserve the right to terminate the exclusive use allocation and add other "non-group" passengers to the motorcoach.
- If you wish to "feed-in" to a departure date and do not require exclusive use of the motorcoach, then a $350 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will form part of the final payment for the group representative. A $100 per person deposit is required to hold space. We will review the number of reservations every 30 days. We reserve the right to re-claim any or all of the unreserved space at the end of any 30-day period. Early Booking Discounts only apply if we have the passenger's name and full deposit.
- GRAND EUROPEAN TOURS expressly prohibits any modification or alteration of its promotional literature, tour brochure, booking form and any other representations made by the company. All payment receipts, written communications, and travel documents are sent directly from GRAND EUROPEAN TOURS to the other tour members.
- All of the terms and conditions as described in the Tour Brochure for all groups cannot be varied except in writing by an officer of the corporation.
