Witness how the sea has affected the land itself as you visit the Reversing Falls in Saint John, New Brunswick. This phenomenon is caused by the tremendous tide in the Bay of Fundy, which is also responsible for carving out the Hopewell Rocks, flowerpot-shaped islands in the bay. Take in coastal life, both historic and modern, with a trip to the Fisherman’s Life Museum and later, on your own lobstering adventure.
Whether or not you enjoy Anne of Green Gables, you won’t want to miss the beauty of Prince Edward Island’s beaches. Anne fans will appreciate the visit to the farmhouse that inspired L.M. Montgomery’s famous book.
