The Alps set the dramatic scene for your arrival in the Bavarian capital, Munich. Explore, relax and get your bearings before traveling to Salzburg, where you’re certain to hear strains of Mozart. Then it’s on through the Danube Valley to the Baroque castles and whipped-cream laden pastries of Vienna, followed by a stay in the Olympic city of Innsbruck.
Elegant St. Moritz welcomes you to Switzerland for two relaxing nights, and Lake Maggiore offers lovely vistas on the way to Zermatt. The Matterhorn disappears into the distance as you set out for your final destination, the lovely lakeside city of Lucerne.
